Dr. Walley is the CEO of NEXT Life Sciences, a reproductive health platform company focused on advancing innovative solutions in reproductive medicine and long term family planning.
She brings more than 30 years of life sciences business experience, having served in executive leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Gillette Oral B Laboratories, and Arm & Hammer, as well as CEO positions within multiple early stage pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
Throughout her career, Dr. Walley has led the launch of more than 100 products across OTC, prescription, and medical device categories. She has raised more than $100 million in capital and contributed to five successful exits totaling more than $1 billion.
In addition to her leadership in product innovation and company growth, she holds 12 patents largely focused on consumer health products and has authored more than 13 publications within the life sciences field.
Dr. Walley earned her BA in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University and her PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati.
