Most of us track our sleep, our HRV, our training load. Blood sugar and metabolic health shape our cardiovascular risk, our cognition, our energy, and how fast we age, and we still only check it once a year, first thing in the morning.

Join us on September 2nd from 5:30 to 7:30 PM for an exclusive Beusail Longevity evening at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center in West Hollywood, where you will learn why metabolic health matters and leave wearing a continuous glucose monitor, applied on site and included with your ticket.

Dr. Sunjya Schweig, Founder and President of the California Center for Functional Medicine, will walk through why blood sugar may be the single most actionable number in longevity, and how a two week window into your own glucose response changes the way you think about food, sleep, stress, and training.
