Join us on May 14th, 2026 at 6:00 PM for an exclusive Beusail Longevity evening at Fred Fitness in Santa Monica.

This session explores one of the most important frontiers in modern science: the biology of aging and what it means for how long and how well we live.

Modern science is overturning the old idea that aging is simply inevitable wear and tear. Drawing on evolutionary biology, landmark longevity research, and emerging clinical data, Dr. Lufkin will explain why single cells can be biologically immortal, why multicellular organisms age, and how those programs may be modified. The session will review evidence based lifestyle strategies that slow aging, examine promising pharmacologic approaches including rapamycin, and introduce cutting edge interventions such as partial epigenetic reprogramming and mitochondrial transplantation.

Whether you are focused on peak performance today or planning for vitality decades from now, this session will change the way you think about aging and what is possible.
